Vitamin B5, also known as vitamin W or pantothenic acid helps the skin stay soft, hydrated and healthy. It also has an anti-inflammatory effect that can help stimulate the healing processes of the skin. Its deeply moisturizing helps keep the skin sated, absorbing moisture from the air.

It’s found in small amounts in many foods, such as egg yolk, liver, kidneys, dairy products, yeast, cabbage, broccoli, sweet potatoes, fish, lobsters, whole grains, mushrooms, vegetables, fruits, and legumes, but to see some benefit you would have to eat them in abundance.
