B5 is a perfectly legitimate and effective way to prevent acne. It's something that belongs on the market as a step up from topical prescriptions, but is not as extreme as Accutane (isotretinion). Our goal is to eventually get it accepted by mainstream physicians. If your child does have success with B5, please by all means tell your dermatologist and report your results to the website.
