Return Policy and Guidelines for our $50 Guarantee

• You may return B5 Supplements for a full refund and will receive an additional $50 if you do not get results. In order to qualify, you must report your results through our survey forms as part of our anecdotal study. You must also stay with it for at least three bottles, to ensure that the B5 has had a reasonable amount of time to be effective (to view an example survey form click here.)

• The maximum return allowed is for 3 bottles, for an amount not to exceed $169.85 ($119.85 for the three bottles, plus an additional $50.)

• If a bottle is unopened it may be returned at any time for a full refund or exchange. Bottles that have already been opened, are not returnable unless you have gone through 3 bottles without results.

• Shipping costs however, are not refundable.

• The empty bottles must be returned in order for us to process the return.

-You do not have to order all 3 bottles at one time in order to qualify. You can order 1 bottle at a time, so long as your combined purchases equals at least 3 bottles.
-There is a limit of one $50 guarantee per household.

-All other products, such as moisterizer or lip balm may be returned for any reason, even if they've been opened and partially used.
